These Terms of Service govern your use of the PrivaGuard platform operated by PrivaGuard AG, registered in Zürich, Switzerland. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. PrivaGuard provides automated privacy compliance tools including data discovery, compliance monitoring, consent management, and DSAR automation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. PrivaGuard AG reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days in advance.
